ABOUT THE JOB

The Global Royalties Organization is responsible for a timely and accurate accounting of worldwide royalties towards some of the major label partners and legendary catalogue artists of the world.

What will you do?
In this role (is referred internally as Process Coordinator) you will be part our of the ICLA Team. The ICLA (InterCompany License Agreement) Team is responsible for collecting and accounting royalties/data from and to our Operating Companies around the world.

You will support the team by:

  • Reviewing and analyzing incoming sales files from various sources (Digital, Physical and Revenue Income).

  • Reviewing and maintaining reference tables to meet ICLA contract requirements.

  • Support in the monthly intercompany invoice process.

  • Act as a point of contact & knowledge center for all ICLA reporting issues for internal and external customers.

  • Analyze sales data in Business Objects and offer support to Business Analysts in reporting activities.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate has:

  • An administrative / finance degree (HBO).

  • An availability between 32 and 40 hours per week.

  • You live in the Netherlands and you can communicate professionally in English and in Dutch.

  • Being the right fit is more important for us than work experience: we are looking for someone that works well in a team environment.

  • We are looking for somebody who is detail focused and can work accurately.

  • A positive attitude committed to providing customer service both internally and externally.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A full-time/part-time position (32-40 hours per week).

  • A salary that matches your background and expertise; for the ideal candidate is the salary between € 3.200 – € 3.800 (gross per month on a full time basis).
